At POT, we want your home to feel perfect, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned homeware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
